OLIVER scoops two spots at this year’s Female Frontiers awards, with Sharon Whale, OLIVER’s CEO of Global Markets and Operations, being shortlisted for CEO of the Year and the company being commended in the Diverse-Inclusive Workplace category.
In a strict judging process, Whale was recognized for her stellar performance over the last year (no small feat considering 2021’s global social and economic turmoil). In bringing her expertise to the fore she has galvanised OLIVER’s pioneering in-house model even further, seeing the company become the #1 Fastest Growing Large Agency for the second year in a row (Adweek, North America) and the Sunday Times’ #40 Best Places to Work in the UK.
Her commercial prowess and stellar leadership skills, alongside a growing global leadership team and workforce of talent, has helped the business grow 35% year-on-year and win upward of 35 new clients in 2021.
Her work is elevated by the business’ continued commitment to inclusion, equity and diversity ~ which has been recognized by Campaign’s Female Frontiers judges, who said they wanted to celebrate OLIVER’s work to provide an inclusive work environment and a staunch opposition to racism.
The awards were judged by Rania Robinson, CEO & Partner of Quiet Storm.
