If I buy a single-day ticket, can I upgrade my pass to a full event (two-day) ticket?

Yes. If you buy a ticket for a single day and then decide to upgrade to a full (two-day) event ticket, click the upgrade link in your email purchase receipt.

When will more details around the schedule, agenda and companies attending be listed? 

We’re busy getting the finishing touches on an outstanding line-up. We’ll announce more details on the schedule, agenda and delegates well in advance of the event.

Will the content be available on-demand after the event?

Yes, it will. Over 12 hours of content will be available on-demand for those who purchased a ticket. The content is drawn from more than 1000 delegates and over 80 speakers across the four stages of the event. You’ll also receive exclusive content and giveaways from our premium sponsors.

Each tier has its own specific package that covers pre-event, event and post-event promotional activity, plus behind-the-scenes access. A typical sponsorship spot includes everything you’d expect, from PR to speaker slots and even time with the delegates.

While opportunities will vary depending on which tier you apply for, they’ll include logo and other brand placements on all promotional content, speaker opportunities for Headline and Day Event sponsors, PR, ticket discounts and data and information-sharing.

Can I speak or propose a speaker for The Inside Track?

Our Headline and Day Event sponsorship partners can propose speakers as part of their package.

 Can I get a refund if I’m unable to attend?

All event tickets are non-refundable. Tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is canceled. In the event of cancellation, we will contact you via email to process your refund.

If you can’t make the event, we’d encourage you to transfer the ticket to a colleague rather than miss out altogether. By buying a ticket, you get access to the on-demand platform following the event. So, even if you miss your favorite speaker, you will still have access to all the insights.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, you can. Contact us at theinsidetrack@oliver.agency with the change of details and we’ll send a confirmation email to the new delegate.
